  • Yes! Our home comparison services are for anyone who owns and lives in a detached home, or a strata dwelling (unit, apartment, villa, townhouse). You just have to live in Australia and be an owner occupier.

    If you live in a detached house you’ll receive home & contents quotes and comparisons.

    If you live in a strata dwelling you’ll receive contents quotes & comparisons that are specific to strata owners. This type of contents insurance applies to your specific lot and personal possessions.

    We do not do strata insurance (which covers the building and common areas).

    FGIR’s role is simply to provide you the facts so you can make your own decisions.
